Physical Products have a 60-Day return policy. Digital products can be returned if they have not been downloaded. Once downloaded they are non-refundable.
After purchase please allow for 1 – 3 days for processing. You will receive an email when we push your order to our supplier. Then at the moment – shipping usually takes 7 – 9 days.
Reviews can only be made by customers who have purchased items & must be logged in to post. First log into your account by using the ‘My Account’ tab located on the header of this website. Then select ‘Orders’ and the select the order with the desired product then select ‘Review’ Name and Review will be posted on the respective product page.
No. While we would love to provide you with tech support, you do not need a customer account to make purchases.
We do not see, nor track, your Credit Card Information. Instead we do all of our transactions through PayPal so we do not see any information other than transaction status.
We do not sell customer information! The only time that we share information with other companies is for shipping, which we will share your name and address – both of which is public information and can easily be found. We will not share your phone number, nor email address. If we collected billing information, we would not share that. But we do not see any account numbers associated with your billing method as this is all handled through PayPal. We only see if the invoice was payed or not.
